Project scope and overview
Besos Jewelry by Amber is an established business who is looking to improve their online presence. They currently have a small local following and primarily sell at markets and Etsy. They have a website but have found that it has a high bounce rate, and isn’t bringing enough incremental business.

Process
I ran a full evaluation of the brand from stakeholder interviews, branding audits, and competitive analysis to customer interviews and usability testing . Using the valuable information I gathered I defined my goals and objectives, ideated and developed.

Empathize
With the project scope in sight I did a combination of competitive analysis and user interviews to understand the users needs and fully understand the problem space.
An audit of the current site was done to identify likes, dislikes and actionable items quickly and effectively from my point of view. I identified 3 main pain points:
Lack of brand identity and context
Unorganized & confusing menu
Overwhelming information

User Interviews
I then conducted user interviews walking through the existing site. This helped validate my assumptions from the competitive analysis.

Conclusion
The redesign of the website provided the client with a more engaging and user-friendly website that attracted more leads and increased conversions. The mobile optimization and improved user experience resulted in a significant increase in website traffic and engagement. The integration with the client's CRM system and the addition of lead generation tools improved the website's lead generation capabilities, resulting in a significant increase in revenue. The redesigned website provided a fresh and modern look, aligning with the brand's style guide and making the website stand out from the competition.
